Hallmark Keepsake LEGO Harry Potter Minifigure 2022 – the Blocks review

LEGO Harry Potter is the latest addition to the Hallmark Keepsake ornament collection, as more licensed minifigures are offered for the Christmas tree.

Harry Potter is an iconic LEGO minifigure at this stage and given that the stories are closely associated with Christmas, it makes perfect sense that he would become part of the Hallmark Keepsake collection. Each one of the LEGO offerings is an upscaled minifigure cast in sturdy plastic, much more robust than the plastic used for LEGO elements.

There is an exciting festive feature coming in Blocks magazine Issue 98! If you take out a subscription to Blocks, the LEGO magazine for fans, you’ll get each issue first and at a discount, plus other perks including a free digital subscription and the chance to win LEGO prizes every month.

This depiction of LEGO Harry Potter features his Hogwarts robe with his Gryffindor scarf shown on the front and back. He is wearing blue gloves and holds his wand. The sculpting is lovely, which is particularly notable on the character’s hair. As with other ornaments in this range, there is no articulation – he’s a single solid piece, you can’t move the legs or hands.

For Potterheads, this is the perfect LEGO addition to the Christmas tree – a tiny LEGO minifigure would get lost amidst the baubles and branches, but these larger versions will make an impact and in Harry’s case bring a bit of magic top the holiday.
