LEGO Harry Potter is launching a smaller depiction of Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry in 40975 Mini Hogwarts Castle. Despite being much, much smaller than minifigure scale, it will come with the titular character and Hedwig.
40975 Mini Hogwarts Castle is made up of 700 pieces. It will launch on August 29 and retail for £34.99 / $39.99 / €39.99.
The microscale set builds The Great Hall, Main Tower, East Wing, Astronomy Tower, the Chamber of Secrets and a hidden room containing the Mirror of Erised.

It is 25 years since Harry Potter debuted within the LEGO portfolio, with a collection of sets that were intended to adapt the books, but switched to focusing on the movies once the franchise was in production for the silver screen.

40975 Mini Hogwarts Castle is definitely on the display end of the spectrum and demonstrates how you can use LEGO bricks in clever ways at micro scale. Various cone and horn element depict the castle’s spires, while candle pieces and 1×1 round bricks present the towers.
A LEGO Harry Potter land is set to open at LEGOLAND as party of the 25th anniversary year. A huge range of sets has launched, including models like 76462 Hogwarts House Crest, 76469 Dobby the Free Elf, 76471 Knockturn Alley: Wizarding Shops, 76473 Hogwarts Castle: East Wing, 76474 Hogwarts Herbology Plants, 76475 Forbidden Forest: Expecto Patronum, 76477 Norbert: Hagrid’s Baby Dragon and 76478 Book Nook: Dumbledore’s Office. They feature a special ’25 years of magic’ logo on the box art.
Harry Potter is being adapted as a streaming series for HBO Max, with the new adaptation set to debut on December 25, 2026.
