The LEGO Group kicks off Christmas at LEGO Store Leicester Square

The LEGO Group launched the Christmas shopping season with a special event at the flagship Leicester Square store in London.

Comedian Rob Beckett, Model Vogue Williams, television contestant Dani Dyer, Mode Daisy Lowe and television character Binky Felstead and their families were some of the attendees at the LEGO Store Leicester Square’s Christmas shopping event, which took place on Wednesday, November 13.

The event gave guests the opportunity to see LEGO Store’s Christmas makeover, which includes a big sculpture of Cataclaws, the brand’s Christmas mascot for 2024, and a Santa’s Post Office experiential area with a unique photo opportunity. London pop-choir Some Voices provided festive music, a balloon artist provided children with colourful critters and a magician presented magic tricks.

Don’t forget – the best gift for a LEGO fan this Christmas is a Blocks subscription! Blocks is the LEGO magazine that will enhance their LEGO hobby and give them insight into the brick world they can’t get anywhere else. If you need a stocking filler, get the Blocks Book of Retro LEGO Sets Volume II!

Rob Beckett is the face of the LEGO Group’s Brickmas Party competition. Fans can visit LEGO.com/party, fill out their details and be in with a chance of winning a private Christmas party at a LEGO Store.

A Build to Give station gave attendees the chance to build a heart. The LEGO Group is giving up to 1,500,000 LEGO sets to children in hospital this Christmas, as long as people keep LEGO bricks trending by sharing brick-built hearts on social media.

LEGO Store Leicester Square sells all of the usual LEGO range, including the big exclusives, but also has special brand offerings – including Build a Minifigure, Minifigure Factory, Pick a Brick wall, Mosaic Maker, a Minifigure Me scanner, plus bespoke photo ops that can only be found at the flagship store.
