Get ready to set sail on the Going Merry once again, as the LEGO Group has unveiled a new collection of ONE PIECE sets for Season 2, Into the Grand Line.
Netflix recently launched ONE PIECE: Into the Grand Line, the second season of the live action show that adapts the popular manga series – and a batch of new LEGO sets are available to preorder now based on the new episodes. The models are 75643 Tony Tony Chopper, 75641 Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout, 75645 Battle at Drum Castle, 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy — Giants of the Little Garden, 75646 Garp’s Marine Battleship and 75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker. The set’s build on the original collection from last year.
As Luffy and the Straw Hat crew brave the East Blue still in search of the legendary One Piece treasure, they have to face new deadly adversaries who are trying to stop them venturing into the Grand Line. The Baroque Works syndicate want to hunt down the Straw Hats crew, which leads them to form new alliances and go on a quest with Princess Vivi to save her kingdom. New LEGO ONE PIECE sets, available to preorder now and coming in August, will deliver moments from the new episodes.

The best doctor in the East Blue made his debut in Season 2 as the newest and most adorable member of the Straw Hat Crew. The buildable figure in 75643 Tony Tony Chopper is fully posable and will include Chopper’s book, syringe, and a detachable blue backpack. The set can be displayed on a black platform, with a unique name plaque, or posed on its own. It’s also a favourite of the LEGO ONE PIECE team who were excited to continue collaborating with Oda Sensei, the original manga creator, for this new wave of models.

These sets will be available to purchase on August 1, 2026 and will be just in time for the two-part animated LEGO ONE PIECE special debuting on Netflix later this year, retelling the first two seasons with classic LEGO humour and minifigure shenanigans.
