BrickLink Designer Program Series 5 LEGO sets are going to be available for purchase again for a limited time.
Series 5 BrickLink Designer Program LEGO sets will be available for purchase on April 20, 2026, at 5pm CET. There’s no end date to the sale because the sets are expected to sell out quickly.
Stock of BDP sets is very limited; each series has five sets, and each set can only sell a limited quantity in the tens of thousands. Once that cap is hit, or the purchase window closes, the sets are gone for good.
Or at least they usually are. Excess stock is available for Series 5, offering fans a chance to get their hands on any models they missed out on originally. The inventory is even more limited than usual, though, so don’t expect the sets to be available long. You’ll want to be ready to buy as soon as they go live on April 20.
Upgrade your LEGO hobby! If you take out a subscription to Blocks, the monthly magazine for LEGO fans, you’ll get each issue first and at a discount, plus other perks including a free digital subscription and the chance to win LEGO prizes every month.
Exact numbers for this excess stock are unknown. They are made available due to cancelled orders and extra sets made to replace lost or damaged shipments, so it’s best to assume each set is in extremely limited quantities. Excess sales occur roughly 3 months following order fulfilment, with APAC market sales occurring after the rest of the world.
You’ll be able to purchase one of each set via a link sent out to those subscribed to BrickLink’s marketing emails. Following that link will allow you to then purchase the sets from LEGO.com.
The Series 5 sets available in the sale are The Thieves of Tortuga, Mushroom Village, Antique Shop, Adventure in Transylvania and Popcorn Wagon. You can read more about them all here.
Series 5’s excess sale goes live on April 20, 2026, at 5.00pm CET — make sure you’re online then for a shot at nabbing some of the sets.
