LEGO Party! has a brand new trailer that reveals more mini-games, endless minifigure customisation and preorder bonuses at participating retailers.
This year is shaping up to be a busy one for LEGO video game releases as a new trailer has revealed even more details about the upcoming multiplayer experience in LEGO Party! Players will be able to compete with up to three friends across a range of zany Challenge Zones to earn the most golden bricks and win. There are levels inspired by classic LEGO themes including Pirates and Space, plus newer favourites such as NINJAGO in which Garmadon tries to stop your progress.
You won’t have to wait long to play as LEGO Party! is arriving for all consoles on September 30, 2025 and is available to preorder now.
In the latest trailer there is also exciting news about the customisation options. Players will be able to unlock more than one billion combinations and create their own minifigure avatars. It’s a massive range of options inspired by LEGO sets with a lot inspired by Collectible Minifigures specifically. If that sounds like an overwhelming amount of choice, then don’t panic as there will also be classic presets available to choose from if you just want to dive in and play.

The trailer also offers a closer look at the various Challenge Zones and it appears each one has unique play styles. alongside the platforming and balance challenges, there are games that involve skiing, racing, bowling and cycling through the desert. It seems there will be an entire mini game inspired by 60333 Bathtub Stunt Bike in which every player must balance precariously to avoid falling into the even bigger bathtub below. It’s a great meta reference to the iconic LEGO Stuntz vehicle.

The game is coming to PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series S/X. The updated product listings confirm that friends can connect via online play no matter which console they are using. Plus there is a preorder bonus for physical editions – five exclusive minifigure skins to use within the game. An astronaut, an ice-cream sundae, a cheerleader, a wrestler and an anthropomorphic shark best known from VIDIYO.
