LEGOLAND Billund to celebrate Christmas for the first time in 2022

For the first time in its history, LEGOLAND Billund will open for select dates in November and December 2022 to celebrate the Christmas season.

On June 24, LEGOLAND Billund surprised guests with Christmas magic including faux snow, Christmas music and the smell of roasted almonds. It was all to mark halfway to Christmas and announced the first season that the theme park will offer Christmas days.

LEGOLAND is located a short walk from the LEGO Group’s headquarters and LEGO House – the Home of the Brick.

Get Blocks, the LEGO magazine for fans, every month – at a discount and earlier than the shops – order a 12-month or 24-month subscription. Direct debit payment options are available too; to find out more get in touch via subs@silverbackpublishing.rocks.

‘We are always working to create new experiences for our guests in LEGOLAND, and we expect Christmas in LEGOLAND to be a recurring event, where we transform LEGOLAND into an adventurous Christmas universe with lots of LEGOLAND magic,’ says LEGOLAND Director Christian Woller.

Guests who visit during the holiday season will be greeted by Christmas lights, decorations and a 10 metre tall DUPLO Christmas tree. They will have the opportunity to meet Santa Claus, visit festive stalls and enjoy Christmas music.

‘We have planned a large number of Christmas activities in the park, and all employees work really hard to give our guests the best Christmas experience when they come and visit LEGOLAND for Christmas,’ Christian added.
