LEGO Star Wars Battles launches on Apple Arcade

A new mobile game has launched from TT Games Brighton for Apple Arcade – LEGO Star Wars Battles.

In the new LEGO Star Wars mobile game, players can make their own combinations of characters and vehicles from across the Star Wars galaxy to create unstoppable squads. They’ll need to strategise in order to use troops effectively and attack enemy bases, using either a light or dark side enemy.

‘LEGO Star Wars Battles offers fans a new way to experience the playful appeal of LEGO Star Wars on their Apple devices,’ says TT Games Brighton Studio Head Jason Avent. ‘It’s easy to pick-up and play while also offering deep strategy in deck building and innovative territory capture for more experienced players.’

There are characters and locales from all Star Wars eras, including The Clone Wars and Rogue One. Characters range from iconic heroes and villains such as Luke Skywalker, Rey, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Boba Fett and Darth Vader to the more commonplace characters such as Porgs, Stormtroopers and Battle Droids. Vehicles include AT-ATs,  TIE Bombers and the Millennium Falcon. As players progress, more locations unlock, including Scarif, Naboo, Hoth, Endor and Geonosis.

The game can be played on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, exclusively via Apple Arcade. Subscriptions cost £4.99 per month.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be released on consoles next spring.
