11385 Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Bridge is bringing the iconic location to the LEGO Icons theme, giving trekkies a diorama of the Bridge to display Star Trek minifigures.
Launching on September 1, LEGO Icons 11385 Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Bridge is made up of 1,701 pieces (yes, a lovely touch!) and will retail for £159.99 / $199.99 / €179.99. It recreates two of the most iconic locations from the original Star Trek series – the bridge and transporter room of the U.S.S. Enterprise.
Minifigures will be able to step inside Deck 1 of the legendary starship and enter the primary command centre. It features computer stations, a view screen displaying a Klingon warrior and a transporter platform for crew deployment. All of the sections are inspired by the original 1966 series – the segments are even arranged in a similar way to how the actual shooting set was laid out.
LEGO Icons 11385 Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Bridge is constructed in a modular way, so you can display the sections in different configurations. There are several interactive play features to recreate moments from the original series; the captain’s chair rocks to simulate turbulence or intense dogfights, a dial activates the transporter to move the crew between pads and a lever causes the turbo-lift doors to open.

The build includes eight exclusive minifigures: James T. Kirk, Spock, Nyota Uhura, Hikaru Sulu, Dr Leonard ‘Bones’ McCoy, Pavel Chekov, Christine Chapel, and Montgomery ‘Scotty’ Scott. And alongside the crew are four tribbles – the adorably fluffy aliens who debuted in “The Trouble with Tribbles”, in which they ate, multiplied and generally caused chaos after Uhura tried to keep one as a pet.
While Uhura cuddles her tribble, the rest of the crew can be upgraded using a variety of accessories. There are two Starfleet communicators newly printed onto 1×2 tiles for the minifigures to hold and four phasers that use new elements, Spock’s harp, two Vulcan Lirpas and a Trident Scanner.
The NCC-1701 bridge was designed for Star Trek by Matt Jeffries. He used contrast to suggest something futuristic, with black consoles and bold red accents that would reflect under the multitude of interior lights. The commander sitting in a central chair allowed Kirk to view all of the surrounding monitors and easily watch over the crew. The original set was stored outside and was destroyed in a freak storm – only a few pieces survived, like the turbo-lifts, so those elements were incorporated into the design in later seasons of the show.
