New LEGO Castle factions have been introduced in 21358 Minifigure Vending Machine and are now available in Minifigure Factory along with Space and Pirates designs.
21358 Minifigure Vending Machine was unveiled with a jaw-dropping selection of new LEGO characters that celebrate vintage LEGO themes, with retro classics covered including Fabuland, Paradisa, Castle, Space and Pirates. The new set is priced at £149.99 / $179.99 / €169.99.
Minifigure Factory is the service available in select territories on LEGO.com that allows fans to design a custom minifigure torso. You can freestyle it or use pre-designed graphics. Then, you can complete your minifigure with a wig, pre-designed head, legs and an accessory.
To link in with 21358 Minifigure Vending Machine, Minifigure Factory has launched new torsos and logos featuring the new icons for the Kraken and Griffin LEGO Castle faction characters. There are also Space and Pirates designs inspired by those beloved retro themes.

Castle had many factions through its lengthy run that began in 1978, but 21358 Minifigure Vending Machine has introduced the two new types specifically for the set.
“They’re rival factions,” Creative Lead Jordan Scott recently explained. “Krakens are off in the sea and coastal areas, and then the Griffins live on the cliffsides, and they’re at war with each other.”
The set also includes characters inspired by Fabuland, Paradisa, Space and Pirates. Minifigure Factory has also introduced new torsos and logos for Fabuland and Paradisa.
