Adidas launches new LEGO branded trainers today

The collaboration between the LEGO Group and Adidas continues, with six new pairs of trainers available today.

Following the two limited edition styles already released by Adidas, the apparel brand continues the collaboration with the LEGO Group by launching six new colour options in the ZX 8000 ‘Bricks’ collection. It’s the latest clothing option for fans who want to show off their love of the LEGO brick through footwear.

The previous releases were extremely limited, leaving most LEGO and sneaker collectors empty handed. It seems that this latest selection will not be released in such tiny quantities.

To get Blocks, the ultimate LEGO magazine for fans, every month – at a discount and earlier than the shops – order a 12-month or 24-month subscription. Direct debit payment options are available too; to find out more get in touch via subs@silverbackpublishing.rocks.

From the press release:

The bold footwear collection plays host to six sneakers, each made up in one of the primary LEGO colours: Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Black, and Grey. Boasting a classic construction based on the original ZX 8000 material composition, each pair in the collaborative ‘Bricks’ offering features a mesh upper matched with synthetic suede overlays, a ghillie lacing system, and a TPU heel counter which playfully emulates the texture of LEGO bricks.

The trainers are available at adidas.com/LEGO and select retailers.
