LEGOLAND Billund Resort will open the new LEGO DUPLO Peppa Pig Playground this year, kicking off the collaboration between the LEGO Group and Hasbro that will see the beloved character and her friends coming to DUPLO.
The newly announced LEGO DUPLO Peppa Pig theme will begin with an all-new experience at LEGOLAND Billund Resort – Peppa Pig Playground. The new play area for young children will be 1,500 square metres and will also incorporate Peppa and George’s Puppet Theatre.
“We are happy and proud to be the first place in the world where you can experience the combination of LEGO DUPLO and Peppa Pig come to life,” says Christian Woller, director of LEGOLAND. “Peppa Pig is one of the most well-known brands among the smallest [children] and we expect that it will be very well received by our Danish as well as our international guests.”

Peppa and George’s Puppet Theatre will be a live theatre, with puppets performing in front of a large digital background that changes during the show. After the show, guests can have a picture with Peppa and George.
The new area will also include Peppa’s house, Father Pig’s red car, Grandpa Pig’s boat, Peppa’s Treehouse and plenty of muddy puddles.
Peppa Pig is a British animated series for preschool children that first aired 20 years ago in 2004.
LEGO DUPLO Peppa Pig Playground will open at LEGOLAND Billund Resort on March 23.
