The LEGO parts you need to build mini 5988 Temple of Anubis

Would you like to build a mini version of LEGO Adventurers 5988 Temple of Anubis? Then here is a list of all the pieces you need to build th classic set but smaller!

5988 The Temple of Anubis is a set unlike any other. From its unique printed elements with LEGO versions of Ancient Egyptian iconography to its imposing mouth gate and the various traps and illusions inside, the famous Johnny Thunder had never faced a challenge like it. Today it is more than 25 years old, yet the largest set from the original Adventurers line still stands as an icon and its titular hero is still beloved by LEGO fans.

When broken down into its basic shapes, the Temple of Anubis is simple. A mix of large, vertical and slanted panels are mixed in with textured rock elements cast in both dark grey and tan.  Thanks to new elements that have been introduced since 1998, these same shapes can be re-created in miniature form. To save bricks, the original model’s interior featured open walls, inviting children to imposing walls all around the characters. That same open airy space, with its twin guards on either side of the titular treasure, translate down to this size quite well thanks to tooth elements and 1×1 round bricks in tan.
