LEGO Ideas 21368 Peanuts: Snoopy’s Doghouse brings Charles Schultz cartoon to the brick

Peanuts is making its LEGO brick debut in a new LEGO Ideas set: 21368 Peanuts: Snoopy’s Doghouse.

LEGO Ideas 21368 Peanuts: Snoopy’s Doghouse will come with 964 pieces for a price of £69.99 / $89.99 / €79.99, releasing on June 1, 2026. It follows the recent unveiling of 21366 Floating Sea Otters.

The set was originally created by fan designer bossofdos64 on LEGO Ideas, inspired by the classic Charles Schultz comic strip and television speical. After gathering the necessary 10,000 supporters, the project was approved by the LEGO Ideas team and officially began its journey to becoming a fully realised set.

The original product idea, Snoopy — Campfire, was made up of just 340 pieces. 21368 Peanuts: Snoopy’s Doghouse nearly triples that number, with 964, because the final set goes above and beyond the campfire idea, adding in Snoopy’s iconic red doghouse. This is a smart inclusion; the doghouse is the setting for many a classic Snoopy moment, from his attempts at writing a novel and fighting the Red Barron to musing about the world with Woodstock.

The doghouse, by nature of the source material, is simple, but effectively creates some texture to resemble the wooden look of the house in the comic strip. ‘Snoopy’ is written above the door, and the crest of the roof is flat to allow Snoopy and Woodstock to sit on top. Snoopy’s typewriter is also included and can join them on the roof so Snoopy can work on one of his writing projects. It is also possible to have Snoopy lay down for a nap with Woodstock perched on his belly.

The campfire from the original project hasn’t been forgotten, and the two best friends have marshmallows to roast together. A first glance at the set might make it seem like the campfire has lost its base and has been relegated to being a side build, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Snoopy’s doghouse can be removed from its base, revealing a hidden build that folds out to create a night sky backdrop for the campfire scene; Snoopy, Woodstock and the campfire fit comfortably in front.

The two comic strip icons have had a serious makeover since to the fan design — Woodstock in particular. His feathers are made with the same elements used for grass on the base, and his dot-eyes are small prints. Clips serve as his wings and let him hold the marshmallow on a stick.

Snoopy’s design similar, just significantly upscaled. His arms and legs are posable, and he actually gets two separate leg and hip builds to easily swap him between sitting and standing poses. The sitting legs look like they’ll have some articulation while the standing ones seem to be fully static. His neck is also poseable.

Ideas has much more on the way – Chris recently unveiled his other new set, 21376 Orange Cat, then a huge slate of fan-designed sets have been announced for the next two years, including Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, Downton Abbey, Ramen, Vintage Sewing Machine, E.T. The Extra-terrestrial, Smurf Village and La Catrina. Another 75 product ideas are currently under consideration.
