BrickLink Designer Program Series 7 LEGO sets up for preorder soon

LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 7 sets are going up for preorder in February — be sure to act early to secure your favourite sets.

The five LEGO sets in Series 7 of the BrickLink Designer Program are at last going to be available to purchase, opening the ‘crowdfunding’ stage on February 16, 2026, at 4pm UTC / 11am EST / 8am PST.

The crowdfunding stage serves as the final test for BrickLink Designer Program sets: 3,000 copies of a set need to be sold in order for it to go into production. This sounds like a huge number, but no set has failed to reach that goal so far. This is sometimes hit, so be sure to act early on February 16th to secure your copies (limit of two of each set per customer).

The BrickLink Designer Program Series 7 LEGO sets up for preorder are:

W.A.L.T.

Designed by BrickLink user Leewan, W.A.L.T. is the smallest set in Series 7, coming in at 654 pieces with a price of $39.99. W.A.L.T. is a little robot friend designed to be a cheerful desk decoration, coming with posable limbs and changeable face designs — he can even give an enthusiastic thumbs-up to encourage you through your latest LEGO build. There’s not too much else to be said about the futuristic-looking robot, other than that he’s pretty darn cute.

Antique Collection

Antique Collection, coming with 1,504 pieces and a price of $109.99, is a huge leap for the series’ second-smallest set. But those parts are all put to exquisite use, creating a cabinet inspired by Art Nouveau furniture. Behind the glass is a collection of minifigures (here representing dolls) and other antique collectibles. A small but luxurious chair and side table round out the scene. Fans of 21361 Gremlins: Gizmo may recognise fan designer terauma, as they created both projects.

Alchemist’s Shop

Medieval creations are a staple of the BrickLink Designer Program and are here represented by the Alchemist’s Shop, created by Shram. Coming with 2,319 pieces and a price of $199.99, the set looks to be a nice complement to LEGO Ideas 21325 Medieval Blacksmith (though that set is no longer available at retail). The Alchemist’s Shop has that familiar feel, with a staircase leading up to the front door and NEXO KNIGHTS shields on the roof but stands out with the protruding bubble and earthy colour pallet. The full interior, featuring ample laboratory space, is a plus, too.

Sushi Restaurant

Brickproject’s Sushi Restaurant comes with 3,604 pieces and a price of $279.99. The core building keeps its profile interesting with distinct designs on each floor and a simple but elegant sloping roof. There’s plenty else going on as well — a bustling street and tram add tons of life to the scene. It’s not a modular building — it’s built onto plates rather than a baseplate — but there is some modularity to the design, allowing both the tram tracks and building to split in two and offer some different display options, which is particularly helpful for those with narrower shelves.

Privateer Frigate Fortuna

Privateer Frigate Fortuna by BrickPerfection is the largest of the Series, clocking in at 4,087 pieces and a price of $349.99. Pirates are just as popular as castles in the BrickLink Designer Program, and this set makes it easy to see why. The fully-brick built hull is expertly angled to capture the ship’s shape, while working in eight cannon ports per side. The lower deck is fully accessible as well thanks to easily removable sections up top. A whopping 20 minifigures are included in the set, making sure the ship has a hearty crew to sail it towards whatever adventures lie ahead.

All five of these sets are going up for preorder on February 16, 2026, at 4pm UTC / 11am EST / 8am PST. To secure your copies, order as close to that time as you can. They are then expected to ship in July.
