Blockstalgia Rebuild: Batboat

Since 2006, LEGO Batman has enjoyed multiple variants of almost every vehicle imaginable, including plenty of modern updates to his garage. There’s one glaring exception though – there have been very few remakes of his original water vessel from 7780 The Batboat: Hunt for Killer Croc. This is partly because the first version used pieces that are no longer in production for its oversized base, which is meant to resemble an extra-large rubber raft or hovercraft. Fortunately, modern elements can be used to mimic the shapes of those defunct components. For this build, Batman’s original LEGO aquatic ride has been updated using currently available parts.
