LEGO Icons 11371 Shopping Street revealed as 2026 modular building

LEGO modular street is getting a fancy new shopping district for minifigures to browse musical instruments, hand-crafted carpentry and more in 11371 Shopping Street.

LEGO Icons 11371 Shopping Street will come with 3,456 pieces and 7 minifigures, retailing for £229.99 / $249.99 / €249.99. The set will release on January 1, 2026, on LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores.

11371 Shopping Street is the first modular building in a while to feature two (almost) separate buildings contained on the same baseplate. 2025’s 10350 Tudor Corner does have the haberdashery attached the pub, but the two are entirely up against one another. 11371 Shopping Street features two distinct buildings separated by an alleyway — though they do connect on the first floor, so they’re technically one in the same depending on how pedantic you get. But either way, the set presents a unique visual profile compared to other buildings in the line.

Despite being a standard middle-of-the-block set, the lefthand building takes an angle reminiscent of a corner building, seemingly drawing inspiration from the shaping and style of 10297 Boutique Hotel. Behind the ornate façade is Brickley’s, a two-storey music shop that’s sure to have a minifigure’s every musical desire. The top floor is then home to a fully furnished flat; it may be a bit cramped, but with modular street rents, having a bed and bathroom is enough to make it a luxury property. There’s also convenient access to a rooftop garden atop the other building.

Below the garden is a furniture shop that houses a showroom on the ground floor and a workshop on the first. There’s no direct stair access between the two, but the connection between the two buildings means the carpenter can reach her workshop via the music store’s fancy wooden staircase.

The smaller building has a wider front compared to the taller one but has a similar overall shape that ends up creating a welcoming courtyard out front that’s reminiscent 10255 Assembly Square. The square’s centrepiece is a cute cat statue, which looks to strike a good balance between adding detail to the space while also not crowding out the sidewalk from the set’s seven minifigures. And the sidewalk’s artful tiles add a nice splash of colour to what otherwise would have been a great deal of dark grey.

11371 Shopping Street’s namesake can either be attributed to the square at large or the alleyway cutting through the two buildings. The alley is raised up from the rest of the sidewalk, matching the raised doorways for both buildings, though the entrances aren’t tucked in the alley, favouring a more street-facing appearance. But what it lacks in doors the alley makes up for with a unique sewer feature; the grate can be lifted to reveal water below. The water being placed directly on the baseplate does raise questions about modular street’s sewer system, though…

The sidewalk rounds off just after the sewer grate, leaving the back of the buildings to be decorated with just a handful of small plants and rubbish bin. The area is highly detailed by modular standards, but the set name’s emphasis on the street does raise the question of whether the space could have been put to more use. Either way, what’s here does follow the usual modular formula, so any complaints there fall into the “wishful thinking” category and not any real critique of what’s offered in the set.

Seven minifigures are included to populate 11371 Shopping Street: a music shop employee, a furniture shop employee, a carpenter, a maintenance guy and a mother with two children in marching band outfits. There are also pigeons. The pigeons, one in grey and one in white, are likely to be the highlight of the set for fans looking to add some realistic avian life to their LEGO city layouts.
