I've always wanted this one so I grabbed it before it got too expensive...

Quality is superb, excellent delivery and looks great.

Only reason I haven't built it yet is because I have nowhere to put it.

Love this set. Came in great quality. No damage on the box either.

Only one thing to say, a dream!

The packaging and item box were both damaged and I can’t get a way of asking about this being remedied. As this is a gift it is a poor show!!

Delivery box was intact and undamaged but the product box itself has a long gash in it, the seller did not advertise the lego box as damaged

The set is awesome and value for money. Shame the box was damaged prior to delivey.

The Master Builder series gained, perhaps the finest Star Wars set to date in this Mos Eisley Spaceport Cantina (75290). With LEGO designer, César Soares given access to Lucasfilm archival material on the London/Tunsia sets/locations the assembled model closely mirrors the dingy, dangerous ‘hive of scum and villainy’ which fans love so much.

As one can see from the photographs, these is a deep sensitivity in the design to the way the cantina was laid out in ‘Star Wars’, with enough of the details replicated to satisfy even stringent collectors and brick counters.

Added to the excellent design, the number of minifigures in the set is, and very surprisingly – as I expected a few less – lavish. All the major bargoers are represented, with a few new figures being added to the range, helping to further justify the pricetag.

Moreover, as you can see the building ‘articulation’ – in which the whole bar splits down the middle, with the counter creating a focal point for better display and/or play.

Speeders: Two on-screen land-speeders are included in the set. The first, being the interesting V-35 Courier Land-speeder has not appeared in previous LEGO Cantina sets. A very visually pleasing vehicle, which has real weight and presence, even sat beside the large cantina. The second, a Ubrykian 9000 *has* appeared in previous Cantina sets, but this version of the travel sphere has been further refined and seems more screen correct now.

Dewback: Likewise, the included Dewback Imperial Transport creature has been used before, but the version here has improved printing, decals, and saddle parts. It can, of course be used as an Imperial Stormtrooper scout mount, or be fitted with bocks which allow it to sit in the Cantina coral.

Moisture Vaporators and Outbuildings: Two moisture vaporators are included with the set, which can be attached to the main building, or offset in display. Likewise, a pair of small shops/stores have been included which can also be fixed to the rear of the building, to form one side of a Mos Eisley Street, or set off as preferred.

Overall: I have not seen a set of any sort which combines this level of faith in the original design with playability, especially in minifig scale. César has clearly considered a myriad of mionr details which may have only been on screen for a few frames in the film, but still helped build our sense of identity for the ramshackle boozer. With twenty figures, one will not need many more to flesh out the place, and recreate the classic scenes from the screen.

Get whilst you can at a decent rate. This is the set you are looking for.
