    This is a really nice Lego set. Makes a good size town with all kinds of buildings, people and vehicles to build. Although it is marked for the age bracket of 12-14 years old, my 8 year old grandson had the patience to tackle this. It takes some time to create, providing many hours of fun. When completed it is a good size, but not huge, so he was able to keep it set up to play with over and over again. Was very happy with this purchase.

    Als ich das Set 10184 - "50 Jahre Town Plan" unter dem Christbaum fand, war meine Freude überwältigend.

    Ich ließ mir viel Zeit, die einzelnen Gebäude bzw Teilsets zu erbauen, doch leider war ich nach 2 Tagen schon fertig (konnte einfach nicht aufhören).

    So viel zur emotionalen Seite.

    Nun zu den Einzelpunkten:

    Das Kino: absolut genial und detailreich (sogar Popcorn gibts an der Theke zu kaufen).

    Die Werkstatt/Tankstelle: übers Rolltor kommt das Auto in die Werkstatt, ich hole mir zwischenzeitlich im Shop ein Croissant und wenn das Auto fertig ist, fahre ich in die Pkw-Waschanlage - einfach perfekt.

    Das Rathaus/Standesamt: meine Hochachtung an die Lego-Designer - mit so wenigen Steinen (Bricks) ein so gigantischen Gebäude zu erstellen ist einfach profihaft.

    Einziger Wermutstropfen aus meiner Sicht ist der Dorfbrunnen: 3 goldene Steine 2x2 übereinander gestapelt ist etwas einfallslos; da hätte euch sicher was schöneres einfallen können (aus Sicht des 50er-Jahre-Stils mag es aber in Ordnung gehen).

    Fazit: Ein rundum traumhaft schönes Set mit passendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kaufempfehlung für alle Mamas, die ihren junggebliebenen Männern eine Top-Freude bereiten wollen (vielleicht sogar mit feuchten Augen beim Auspacken).

    Ich jedenfalls werde mir jetzt doch auch noch das "Cafe Corner" genauer ansehen (und mal ganz zwanglos mit meiner Frau darüber sprechen).

    It was a Christmas gift from grandpa to grandson. My son is eleven he love it. He put it together with the rest of the Lego city streets,police,pizza shop, etc. and plays for hours. This a great toy for any kid who likes to build and imagine. Its a lot of pieces and sticker to put together, its worth the time. The price was a little high but worth the price and the delivery was fast. No complain. Recommend

    I don't actually build Legos myself but my grandson loves them! He really liked the Town Plan and the Police Transport. He has built a few thousand dollars worth of Legos and arranged them in scenarios in the lower level of his home. He tells me that they always come in perfect order with a few extra pieces. He uses the extra pieces to create some structures of his own. They must be very durable because he has never had a problem with breakage. He is 13 and able to build many sets above his age level. I believe that Legos are very educational and studies have shown that this is true. My grandson is in gifted classes and loves the challenges of the more advanced sets. Overall, these products are one of the very best toys available for children. His sister and girl cousins like them too!!!

    しかしピース数が多いので、親の方と一緒にすることをお勧めします。
