When 21363 The Goonies launches, LEGO Ideas has a second set you can get for free – 40773 The Walshes’ Attic.
On November 1, LEGO fans will be able to get their hands on One-Eyed Willy’s treasure – or the next best thing, 21363 The Goonies. The main set contains 2,912 pieces, is priced at £269.99 / $329.99 / €299.99 and will launch on November 1 on LEGO.com.
Those who buy it before November 7 – or while stocks last – will get 40773 The Walshes’ Attic as a free bonus set. It includes additional minifigures from the movie and an exclusive printed tile with The Goonies logo.
The gift with purchase set is 179 pieces. It includes Irving Walsh and Irene Walsh, plus a mix of junk and artefacts to capture the cluttered space from the movie.

“If you were missing the Walsh parents, then you also have the Walsh parents and the attic, where you can find the map, again in its original frame, and different other objects that Mr. Walsh is collecting,” says Senior Model Designer Marina Stampoli as she unveils Model Designer Tom Gerardin’s set.
“Between them, you will find this lovely painting. We have an alternate face for Mouth, so he can stick his tongue behind the behind the painting and make fun of everyone else.”
The Goonies was originally submitted to LEGO Ideas by Vaggelis Ntezes as an entry to the If We Could Turn Back Time challenge, which asked for builds influenced by 1980s nostalgia. The professional designers then worked on his concept to create the final, polished set that has been revealed today and will soon be available to buy. On one side, it depicts One-Eyed WIlly’s pirate ship, while on the other it depicts the caves that the young adventurers traverse on their journey.
